What we fix
We challenge inaccurate, outdated, and unverifiable items with all three credit bureaus — Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion — and negotiate directly with creditors on your behalf. Here's everything covered.
Collections
We dispute outdated or inaccurate collection accounts to reduce their impact on your score and, where possible, have them removed entirely.
Charge-Offs
We target reporting errors and missing documentation to correct or remove charge-off accounts that are dragging your score down.
Late Payments
We correct wrong dates or unverifiable late payment records, and pursue goodwill removals with creditors for accounts in good standing.
Hard Inquiries
We dispute unauthorized or unverifiable hard inquiries that are unnecessarily lowering your score.
Repossessions
We challenge repossessions with incorrect or unverifiable data to reduce or remove their negative impact on your credit profile.
Liens
We challenge inaccurate or outdated lien reporting that may be misrepresenting your financial standing.
Foreclosures
We dispute foreclosures tied to incomplete or incorrect records to ensure your credit report reflects only accurate information.
Judgments
We review all judgment data and pursue removal of records that are outdated, inaccurate, or unverifiable under the FCRA.
Balance Reporting
We fix incorrect balance and utilization reporting so your credit profile accurately reflects what you actually owe.
Personal Information
We verify and correct your personal information across all three bureaus to ensure you aren't affected by fraud or mixed file errors.
Student Loans
We challenge inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable student loan reporting to help restore your score. $500 add-on (combined with bankruptcies if both apply).
Bankruptcies
We dispute reporting errors and outdated information on past bankruptcies to ensure your credit reflects only what's truly accurate today. $500 add-on (combined with student loans if both apply).
One important note: The program covers 6 months of active credit repair. We work with all credit situations and will always be upfront about what's fixable. The one thing we can't cover is new negative items added to your credit after the program begins — keeping your profile clean during the process is a shared responsibility.
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
What the guarantee covers
The guarantee means you will see at least some measurable progress — meaning at least one questionable negative item removed from your credit — within 90 days, or we refund your $2,000 in full. It does not mean your credit will be fully repaired in 90 days. Full credit repair typically takes 3–6 months depending on the complexity of your file.
How to request a refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact your assigned specialist by phone or email at info@clearascent.net between day 91 and day 120 of your enrollment. We'll review your account and process any eligible refund within 30 days of your request.
Eligibility requirements
-
1You must remain an active participant in the program for the full 90 days. Canceling or failing to respond to your specialist during that window voids the guarantee.
-
2You must not open new derogatory accounts or take actions that add new negative items to your credit report after enrollment begins.
-
3You must provide required identity verification documents (government-issued ID and Social Security card) within 5 days of enrollment.
-
4Refund requests must be submitted between day 91 and day 120 from your enrollment date. Requests submitted after day 120 are not eligible.
-
5Payment must have been made in full at the time of enrollment.

2. Our services
Clear Ascent, LLC provides done-for-you credit repair services through Mortgage Score, including disputing inaccurate or unverifiable items on your credit report with all three major bureaus. We act on your behalf under the rights granted by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). We do not guarantee specific score outcomes, as results depend on your individual credit profile and how bureaus and creditors respond.
3. Payment

4. Client responsibilities
To get the most from the program — and to remain eligible for our guarantee — you agree to provide accurate information, respond to communications from your specialist in a timely manner, submit required identity verification within 5 days of enrollment, and not open new derogatory accounts or take actions that would add new negative items to your credit report during the program.
5. No guarantees of specific results
Credit repair results vary by individual. We cannot guarantee a specific score increase or that all disputed items will be removed. What we can guarantee is that we will work diligently on your behalf, and that you will see measurable progress within 90 days or receive a full refund per our guarantee terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Mortgage Score website — including text, design, and graphics — is the property of Clear Ascent, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
